In the spring of 2009 the building at 125 West Main Street came up for sale. After evaluating the building, Dr. James & Norma Bertsch felt it was historically significant to downtown main street, and would make a great antique shop. There is a total of 10,000 square feet of useable space, a 62” x 72” hand operated freight elevator, a full tin ceiling on the first floor, and a great location in the heart of Antique Alley. The building was purchased in May 2009 with the restoration process beginning in June. The doors opened for business in September 2009. We offer antiques, American country and painted furniture, primitives, primitive keepings, and locally handmade jewelry. Our vision for Building 125 is to offer the highest quality product at the most reasonable prices. |
